You can remove Castbase’s access to your Instagram and Facebook data, and ask us to delete your data, at any time.

Remove Castbase from Facebook

1. In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
2. Find Castbase and choose Remove. This stops our access straight away. It does not delete data we already hold; to delete that, follow the step below.

Delete all your data

Email [email protected] from the address on your Castbase account with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will confirm, then delete your account, content, files and social connections within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices). We will email you when it is done.
